Cultural Transformation

Despite being challenging, prioritizing culture is crucial. Culture tends to be seen as a fluffy concept that is hard to put into words and therefore hard to work on. 糖心logo入口 makes it concrete by focusing on the observable behaviors.

Applying a systemic perspective, we are convinced that leaders have a significant influence on culture. Helping them become the best possible version of themselves, we have always worked at the very heart of organizational cultures.

Our understanding of culture is that it consists of scaled behaviors. It is best described by similar behaviors or behavioral patterns seen throughout an organization. By thinking of culture as behaviors that reoccur, culture becomes actionable. To evolve your organization’s culture, you can adopt, role model, enable and foster new behaviors, thereby establishing new norms.
